Real breakup: learn to organize yourself

Real breakup: learn to organize yourself

Beautiful morning light, accompany you to read.

the wise man once said, "the real separation is to learn to organize yourself."

I am deeply convinced that when people reach middle age, they have experienced the complexity and prosperity and the impermanence of things. I just realized that the world is my own and has nothing to do with others.

the real separation does not lie in the choice of external things, but in the purity of the heart. Learn to organize yourself so that you can live at ease.

01

sort out your thoughts and stop thinking

"moral Sutra". Chapter 16 "inside says:" all things do at the same time, we will see its recovery. "

Natural things are numerous and complicated. Only by clarifying the direction can we peel off the cocoon and see the essence of things.

the same is true of people's thoughts and ideas. if they are not sorted out in time, they will flood like a flood, and a lot of delusions linger in their minds.

in a Taoist temple, every afternoon, the Taoist master takes all his disciples to meditate and practice.

among them, there is a Taoist boy who is always looking around and restless. When the Taoist saw it, he asked the Taoist boy to go to the yard to prune the branches of the trees.

seeing that everyone was confused, the preacher said, "people's thoughts are like this disorderly branch. only when they are repaired regularly will they not grow wantonly."

this is true. If a person does not know how to clear his mind in time and is disturbed by all kinds of trifles, he will be disturbed and lose the original rhythm of life.

A philosopher once said, "the largest prison in the world is people's consciousness of thinking."

most of the troubles in life are essentially brought about by ideas.

A truly wise man will always examine his thoughts, cut off useless delusions, always keep a clear head, clear thoughts, and a clear heart, so he can always be peaceful and joyful and steadily go far away.

02

organize emotions and give up complaining

"moral Sutra". Chapter 23 says: "the wind does not end, showers do not last all day."

people's emotions come and go like high winds and torrential rain.

if you don't manage adjustments often, you will get stuck in a quagmire of emotions, let life get out of control, and lead to all kinds of disasters.

once upon a time, there was a fisherman who always had a lot of unreasonable emotions.

one day, when he was preparing to go fishing as usual, he was so angry when he saw a black spot on his wife's laundry that he forgot to bring his rain shelter.

unexpectedly, as soon as we got to the sea, there was a strong wind and it rained heavily.

others advised him to leave as soon as possible, but he only blindly blamed his wife for her mistakes and did not act for a long time. As a result, the rain became heavier and heavier, and soon flooded his fishing boat

A writer once said: "emotions are like a sea in people's hearts."

in fact, in daily life, every one of us has moments of depression and mental collapse, which is natural and inevitable.

while fools only complain, wise people know how to adjust.

learn to perceive emotions, accept emotions, organize emotions, and slowly you will find that disasters begin to move away and good luck is coming.

03

organize your mood, away from annoyance and pain

moral Sutra. Chapter 29 says: "to be a saint, to go to the extreme, to extravagance, to Thailand."

A wise person, who does not indulge in wealth, does not care about gains and losses, is not trapped in fame, is not tired by foreign things, has peace of mind, and is in a good mood, so that he can stay away from troubles and pain and build a pure heart.

You are sure to find that yellow prom dresses that will be what you need to show your unique style. Look at the catalogue to get the best fitting cloth.

I have seen such a short story:

there was a beggar, ragged and messy.

one day, he was begging in the street when a little girl gave him a bunch of flowers. The beggar took the flowers back, and when he saw them in full bloom, he was in a better mood.

so, I changed a clean vase for the flowers, and saw that the room was dirty and messy, so I cleaned it up.

after tidying up the room, I found myself dishevelled. Just then, he made up his mind to change himself. Later, he changed into clean clothes and found a job.

it can be seen that when one's mood gets better, everything in life will go smoothly.

everyone has their own magnetic field, which, like a magnet, attracts things of the same frequency.

when you straighten out your mood and feel good from the bottom of your heart, the world will look good.

as Yang Lan said, "Happiness does not fall from the sky, but grows from the heart."

often adjust their mood, with a positive attitude to face life, I believe that good things will happen, slowly will come true, life will be smooth.

Mr. Lin Yutang once said: "the wisdom of life is to gradually clarify and filter out the unimportant impurities and retain the most important parts."

indeed, life is a process of simplifying the old and welcoming the new. Wise people, do not rigidly adhere to external things, know how to pay attention to the heart, and adjust themselves in time.

organize your thoughts and stop your thoughts and delusions in order to move forward steadily;

organize your emotions and give up complaining and entanglement in order to avoid disasters;

organize your mood and keep away from troubles and pain, and everything will go well.

May we learn to be truly separated, organize ourselves from time to time, and live a sober, relaxed and free life for the rest of our lives.
